Optional Additional Modules
Optional additional modules with different functions can be added to the main house according to the needs of the family or built as separate building.
Delivery of House Kit
– Engineering, production and delivery of necessary materials.
– Exterior finishing, including: exterior cladding, exterior doors, windows, terrace, roofing, rainwater system
– Interior walls as an open frame, ready for work on special parts
– Delivery Kit does not include: plot, building permit, connections, foundation, transport, special parts (electricity, heating, water/duct, ventilation), wool of interior walls, plaster or interior lining, interior doors, interior staircase, interior finishing, sanitary equipment, furniture.
